As a Business Coach, I know that coaching clears your thinking and enables you to create a strategy and a plan for what to do, but not how to do it.
As a lifelong learner, I know that courses teach you how to do things, but not to figure out what things do you need to know in order to do it.
Business is easy, but it gets complicated when you don’t have both the strategy and the knowledge to put things into practice.
Then you have to do the work as well…how has time for that?

Working with business owners who have ADHD – or have some of the traits of ADHD, requires a different approach to doing things.
You might be challenged by keeping track of time, your thoughts and ideas, your ability to focus, feeling overwhelmed or just not feeling good enough.
I don’t want to change you, I want to help you find ways to work using all the things that you do well. Together we will explore what you do best, how you work best and then focus on letting you do that.
They say that business is hard. It is when you complicate things by trying to do too much, by not having the right information to make good decisions and when you don’t know what you are supposed to do next.
Being in the Navy meant working to procedure, understanding your role and being part of a team. I see business the same way. Only you get to create the procedures, you get to define your role, and you get to choose your team.

I didn't do it for them, I did it for me.
After I left school I wanted adventure. But growing up in a smallish town wasn’t going to give me the opportunities I was looking for. So I joined the Navy.
My family and friends thought this was a great idea, but not one I would succeed at. They said I wouldn’t be able to get up so early in the morning, I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the physical training, that I just couldn’t handle it.
I proved everybody wrong.
The Navy was a very big part of my life. It gave me my work ethic, opened my eyes to possibility and adventure, and helped my understand frameworks, processes and how to manoeuvre inside boundaries.
